Your new role

They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team and oversee large-scale renovation projects. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You’ll work on a variety of commercial projects, including restaurants, retail spaces, office build-outs, and historic restorations, requiring a keen eye for detail and strong leadership skills.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5-10+ years experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, ideally having expertise in tenant build-outs
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-quality results
