Your New Company
A Colorado focused General Contractor / Sub-Contractor with a history in Framing, Tenant Improvement, Renovations, Special Projects & Ground Up Multi-Family (from $100,000 - $50M+).
With projects across Colorado – you will hold a leading role for this organization in the Field.
Profit sharing, project bonus & truck/gas card are all on offer.
Your New Role
Covering Projects across the Rockies as both the GC & and a Subcontractor, you will hold responsibility in the field for either the full Project or for set verticals within the Project, ranging from planning, scheduling, subs etc whilst ensuring budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met.
Ideally, a background in Framing, Special Projects or Multi-Family would be desirable.
What you'll need to succeed
- Will have 5-10+ years’ experience as a Super fully responsible for delivering Projects related to the above
- Confident with scheduling software
- Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills
- Experience of overseeing end to end, cradle to grave projects
- An understanding of Colorado building regs and laws would be desirable
What you'll get in return
