Your new role

• Managing all day-to-day field operations on ground-up and interior construction projects
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Developing and maintaining project schedules and driving milestone completion
• Leading site logistics planning and construction sequencing
• Ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Implementing and enforcing safety programs and OSHA requirements
• Conducting subcontractor meetings and progress reviews
• Identifying and resolving field-related challenges proactively
• Coordinating inspections, testing, commissioning, and project turnover activities
• Building strong relationships with clients, design teams, and project stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• 6+ years of experience with a General Contractor in a Superintendent capacity
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Experience within higher education, multifamily, entertainment, office, government, or institutional construction preferred
• Ground-up construction experience highly preferred
• Experience leading projects ranging from $10M to $200M in value
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and site logistics
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple trades and stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction
