Hays is working with one of the top civil general contractors in the Northeast who has been in business 100 years. They are looking to add a Superintendent to their growing team in the Boston office. This company builds L and G plants, wastewater treatment plants, utilities, and clean energy projects valued between 5 million to 250 million dollars. What You’ll Need to Succeed
- 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent (or Assistant Superintendent ready to step up) in
heavy civil, utility, or roadway construction - Proven experience supervising field crews and subcontractors on Massachusetts public‑sector projects
- Strong knowledge of utility installation, roadway work, and civil means and methods
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Commitment to jobsite safety and quality control
- Comfortable managing daily reports, schedules, and site coordination
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
