Your new role

As a Civil Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading field operations on complex utility and heavy highway projects. You’ll oversee subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintain project schedules and budgets. This role is pivotal in delivering successful outcomes on high-impact infrastructure projects.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience: 8–10+ years in utility installation (water, stormwater, water treatment plant, sewers)
Industry Background: Prior experience with a heavy civil contractor, preferably on large-scale public works or infrastructure projects.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and field coordination.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage crews and subcontractors effectively.
Communication: Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software.
Certifications: OSHA safety training preferred.
Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
