Your new role

They are currently seeking a Superintendent with strong ground-up or large-scale renovation experience to join their growing team. You’ll be responsible for managing field operations on projects ranging from $12M to $25M, including healthcare facilities, schools, and government buildings. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of complex commercial builds. This role requires a tech-savvy, proactive leader who can manage construction efficiently and support team development.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up or large commercial renovation projects
• Experience in education, healthcare, commercial, or government sectors
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills
• Tech proficiency and willingness to adopt modern construction tools
