Their portfolio includes K-12 education, municipal buildings, maximum-security facilities, and federal projects, with recent expansion into aviation.

Your new role

They are currently seeking a Superintendent to join their team and lead upcoming projects across Baltimore and surrounding areas. You’ll be responsible for managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring timely project delivery. Projects typically range from $8M to $30M, with occasional larger builds.

What you'll need to succeed

• 15+ years of experience as a Superintendent in public sector or comparable commercial construction
• Proven ability to manage base-build and renovation projects independently
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and communication skills
• Experience with schools, government buildings, and public space construction
• Willingness to work across the Beltway and surrounding counties (Harford, Howard, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Cecil, Carroll)
