We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee ground-up construction of garden-style multifamily projects in the Raleigh region. This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned builder who excels at managing complex residential developments from start to finish.

Your new role

• Lead all onsite construction activities for multifamily garden-style projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to maintain schedule and budget
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and company protocols
• Conduct daily site inspections, progress tracking, and quality control
• Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, and design teams
• Manage logistics, site layout, and material deliveries
• Resolve field issues proactively and maintain project momentum

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground-up multifamily construction
• Proven success with garden-style apartment projects or similar residential developments
• Strong understanding of sitework, framing, MEP systems, and finish coordination
• Ability to lead multiple phases of construction with minimal oversight
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficient in reading plans, specs, and construction documentation
