Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent with 10+ years of experience managing ground-up and renovation projects in the hospitality or multifamily sectors. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in field operations, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  
• Manage daily operations, including subcontractor coordination, inspections, and safety compliance.
  
• Maintain project schedules and communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders.
  
• Ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and building codes.
  
• Foster a positive and productive job site environment.
  
• Conduct regular site meetings and maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
  

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction.
  
• A strong background in hospitality and/or multifamily projects is highly preferred.
  
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value projects from start to finish.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
