With over 25 years of experience and a workforce of 300+ employees, they are operating across all five boroughs delivering essential public‑sector projects for city agencies.

Your New Role

They are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on active heavy civil and utility construction projects throughout NYC. In this role, you will oversee daily site activities, manage crews and subcontractors, coordinate with project management teams and inspectors, and ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contract documents and schedules.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

7+ years of experience as a Superintendent (or Assistant Superintendent ready to step up) in heavy civil, utility, or roadway construction
Proven experience supervising field crews and subcontractors on NYC public‑sector projects
Strong knowledge of utility installation, roadway work, and civil means and methods
Familiarity working with local agencies such as NYC DDC, DEP, DOT, Con Edison, or similar
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to job site safety and quality control
Comfortable managing daily reports, schedules, and site coordination
Authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
