Experienced Superintendent – Public Sector & Institutional Projects

Your new role
As a Construction Superintendent, you will lead field operations on complex, high-visibility projects. You’ll be responsible for managing daily site activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety and quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively communicate with all stakeholders and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll need to succeed
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Proven track record with public sector, K-12, higher education, or municipal projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • OSHA 30 certification required; CQCM or similar credentials a plus
  • Proficiency in project management and digital documentation tools
