Your new role

As the Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, manage schedules, and serve as the primary point of contact for field operations. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining quality standards and driving project success.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor

• Proven track record of managing commercial construction projects (e.g., office buildings, retail, mixed-use, or institutional)

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)

• OSHA 30 certification preferred
