What Can You Expect:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of field employees, subcontractors and material vendors to expedite the project schedule.
  • Maintain daily detailed progress reporting and paperwork such as daily reports including pictures of work progress, payroll and equipment time reporting for crew (if required), field reports, schedule updates and email correspondence to keep the various people involved with the project informed of important issues.
  • Manage the permit and inspection process to ensure all required inspections are conducted timely and efficiently. This includes maintaining and/or ensuring any deviations are corrected.
  • Championing and protecting the brand of a rapidly growing company
  • Assemble site-specific safety plans and ensure the entire project team understands the plan to ensure execution of said plan.
  • Ample opportunities for continuing education and career growth
  • Manage all daily, weekly, and monthly safety reporting as required. This includes holding trade partners accountable for conducting and enforcing safety training and plans.

What You Bring to the Table
  • Must possess the ability to read and understand project documents, e.g., drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, and the owner agreement terms and conditions specific to your role.
  • Must possess working knowledge of or demonstrate a willingness to learn how to use the following software applications:
    MS Outlook, Word, Adobe Reader and Viewpoint Field Work Center.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for 4-hour periods of time.
  • May require performing general physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping and handling of materials.
  • Must have Water/Waste Water experience.
