Superintendent x2 - Storage, Hotel, Heavy Industrial, Warehouse, Retail & Wider Commercial

Your New Company

You will be working for a Denver-based, Design Build GC with a history across Commercial and Industrial projects.

Based out of their Denver Office, located north of the Denver Metro Area with great travel links - this is commutable from areas such as Castle Rock, through to Boulder and even up to Loveland


Your New Role

Depending on your experience and portfolio, this GC is open to both
Assistant Superintendents and Superintendents.

You will hold responsibility in the field for either the full Project or for set verticals within the Project, ranging from planning, scheduling, subs etc whilst ensuring budgets are adhered to and deadlines are met.

Currently, there is a need for Storage, Hotel, Retail, Heavy Industrial & wider commercial projects. No multi-family needs.


What you'll need to succeed
  • Will have experience as a Construction Superintendent/Assit Super delivering Ground Up Projects related to the above
  • Either, 5+ years experience of construction Projects $10M+
  • Extremely strong time management, stakeholder and leadership skills
  • Experience of overseeing end to end, cradle to grave construction on site, with all subs/trades responsibility etc
  • An understanding of Colorado building regs and laws
