What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or related leadership role
• Strong background in commercial construction and pre-engineered metal building systems
• Solid understanding of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations
• Proven leadership and communication skills in dynamic environments
• Proficiency in project scheduling and field management tool
