Job Title: Superintendent – Commercial Construction (K-12 & Municipal Projects)
Location: Frisco, Texas
Salary: Up to $130,000 base

Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent with 5–8+ years of experience leading commercial construction projects, particularly in the K-12 and municipal sectors. This role is critical to the successful delivery of our projects and involves full responsibility for directing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to closeout.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Maintain project schedules and proactively address potential delays.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors.
  • Oversee quality control and ensure quality construction meets company and client expectations.
  • Manage site logistics, equipment, and material deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Proven track record of delivering K-12 education and municipal building projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Deep understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and digital documentation tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
