Superintendent needed for Industrial Tilt Wall projects in Raleigh, NC

We are seeking a highly qualified Superintendent to oversee ground‑up industrial construction projects in the Raleigh market. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing large‑scale industrial builds, with a particular emphasis on tilt‑wall construction. This role requires exceptional leadership, technical proficiency, and a commitment to delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Your new role

  • Project Leadership — Provide comprehensive on‑site management from initial mobilization through final turnover.
  • Schedule Oversight — Develop, maintain, and enforce the project schedule to ensure timely completion.
  • Subcontractor Management — Direct and coordinate subcontractor activities to maintain productivity and quality.
  • Quality Assurance — Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
  • Safety Administration — Lead safety initiatives, conduct site meetings, and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Tilt‑Wall Operations — Oversee panel forming, lifting, bracing, sequencing, and all related field operations.
  • Issue Resolution — Identify and resolve field challenges promptly to maintain project momentum.
  • Stakeholder Communication — Serve as the primary on‑site representative for owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
  • Daily Documentation — Maintain accurate daily logs, manpower reports, and progress updates.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Stable employment history demonstrating strong professional tenure.
  • Industrial project background including distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, or logistics buildings.
  • Tilt‑wall construction expertise with proven field leadership in tilt‑up operations.
  • Technical proficiency in interpreting drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Scheduling software experience such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse field teams.
  • Local to Raleigh or open to relocation.
