Superintendent needed for Industrial Tilt Wall projects in Raleigh, NC

We are seeking a highly qualified Superintendent to oversee ground‑up industrial construction projects in the Raleigh market. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing large‑scale industrial builds, with a particular emphasis on tilt‑wall construction. This role requires exceptional leadership, technical proficiency, and a commitment to delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Your new role
- Project Leadership — Provide comprehensive on‑site management from initial mobilization through final turnover.
- Schedule Oversight — Develop, maintain, and enforce the project schedule to ensure timely completion.
- Subcontractor Management — Direct and coordinate subcontractor activities to maintain productivity and quality.
- Quality Assurance — Ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
- Safety Administration — Lead safety initiatives, conduct site meetings, and enforce OSHA and company safety standards.
- Tilt‑Wall Operations — Oversee panel forming, lifting, bracing, sequencing, and all related field operations.
- Issue Resolution — Identify and resolve field challenges promptly to maintain project momentum.
- Stakeholder Communication — Serve as the primary on‑site representative for owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors.
- Daily Documentation — Maintain accurate daily logs, manpower reports, and progress updates.
What you'll need to succeed
- 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
- Stable employment history demonstrating strong professional tenure.
- Industrial project background including distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, or logistics buildings.
- Tilt‑wall construction expertise with proven field leadership in tilt‑up operations.
- Technical proficiency in interpreting drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
- Scheduling software experience such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse field teams.
- Local to Raleigh or open to relocation.
