• Oversee all on-site construction activities for hotel projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain workflow and resolve issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to drive project success.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Lead site meetings and maintain detailed daily reports and documentation.
• Mentor junior superintendents and foster a culture of excellence and accountability.

• 10+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role.
• Proven track record in hotel or hospitality construction (ground-up preferred).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• OSHA certification and other relevant safety credentials preferred.
