Your new role

As a Superintendent, you’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations on renovation, fit-out, and base build projects - primarily in the healthcare and commercial sectors. You’ll oversee subcontractors, enforce safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires someone who can lead independently and is comfortable with occasional night or weekend work, especially in occupied healthcare environments.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or healthcare construction
• Proven ability to manage projects independently from start to finish
• Experience with occupied healthcare renovations is highly preferred
• Strong communication, scheduling, and leadership skills
• Willingness to work occasional nights/weekends as needed
• Comfortable working on projects ranging from $1M–$10M
• Vaccination (2 doses) may be required for healthcare project access
