I am partnered with a Commercial Construction Manager and General Contractor that specializes within the healthcare sector and has provided a range of institutions full-service Construction and Project Management services for over a decade. With annual revenues in excess of $35M, they have grown year over year, continuing to cement their expertise in the healthcare environment, adding value to a range of clients as they go.
With repeat business from institutions such as Northwell, Yale & United Healthcare to name but a few, they are looking for an Interiors Superintendent to join the business.

Your new role

• Prepares the project schedule, maintains reports accurately describing project status

• Directs subcontractor activities within healthcare fit-outs for interior projects

• Responsible for the timely and cost-effective field coordination, quality control and day-to-day supervision of subcontracted work forces for construction projects

• Review status and project progress with the Project Manager and client representatives on a regular basis. Large projects include multiple Superintendents.

• Ensures safety standards and requirements are implemented and adhered to by craftsmen and others when operating tools and equipment.
  
  What you'll need to succeed

• +7 years experience as a Superintendent

• Experience with healthcare projects (interiors) is a must for this position.

• Communication, interpersonal, organizational and team work skills are required.

• Knowledgeable of OSHA requirements, and OSHA 10-hour certification.
