Ready to take charge of an iconic hotel build in Silicon Valley? Our client is hiring a Lead Superintendent to manage the build of an 8-story, 120-unit, $40M ground-up podium project. This is a high-impact role with a well-established national builder known for its solid pipeline and high-quality delivery.

Your new role

As the Superintendent, you will lead all on-site operations, ensuring that construction progresses safely, efficiently, and according to plan. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage the daily schedule, oversee quality control, and serve as the primary liaison between the field and the project management team.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Post-tensioning experience
  • Multifamily or hotel construction expertise
  • Ideally, 5+ story builds under your belt
  • Ability to lead ground-up projects with precision from start to close
