Looking for a superintendent with experience in the public sector - Projects based in Long Island

Your new role

Looking for an experienced Superintendent who has previously worked on public projects (SCA preferred). These projects will be based on Long Island and would be roughly $20-$30Million in value. If you are interested in joining a small/mid-sized company with a good pipeline of work, apply today!

What you'll need to succeed

Experience working on SCA or NYCHA projects
Knowledgeable in all aspects of construction, including technology, equipment, methods, field engineering, materials, safety, and scheduling.
5–10 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies
OSHA30, 62hr-STT and NYC Construction Superintendent License (preferred)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
