A construction Superintendent is required for leading Prestige Home builder.
I am working with the leading Custom Home Builder in LA. They have been operating for 45 years and have a strong leadership team in place.
Their sweet spot is $15–35 million prestige homes. They now have the following projects starting in the next few months :
1️⃣Large job in Beverley Hills worth $100mill (36–38 months).
2️⃣Starting a job from a repeat client building a new home in Brentwood – starting in 3/4 months (24 – 30 months).
3️⃣Also put in a proposal for a 17,000 sq ft home in Malibu (not a burnout)
I am looking for an experienced Superintendent to help deliver these projects.
Package on offer :
Salary: c $160,000
Annual holiday bonus
Milestone bonus
Project completion bonus
