Their sweet spot is $20-50million prestige homes. They now have the following projects starting in the next few months :

1️⃣Large job in Beverley Hills worth $100mill (Sept start, 36-38 months).
2️⃣Starting a job from a repeat client building a new home in Brentwood – starting in 3/4 months (24 – 30 months).
3️⃣Also put in a proposal on a 17,000 sq. ft home in Malibu (not a burnout)

I am looking for an experienced Superintendent to help deliver these projects.
