Your new role

Due to a growing pipeline of work, the company is looking for a Superintendent to support upcoming projects. Current work includes high-profile renovations for Long & Foster HQ, Skanska offices, C-SPAN, Marriott HQ, and ongoing CBRE assignments. Superintendents will be responsible for managing field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring quality and safety across fast-paced commercial interior projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in commercial interiors
• Ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced schedules
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to quality
• Willingness to commute across the DMV region
