Superintendent – Life Sciences & OSHPD

Privately-owned construction firm specializing in labs, clean rooms (90%), and healthcare (20%). Projects range from $500K–$3M, with select ground-up builds up to $20M. Clients include Cedars-Sinai, Loma Linda Hospital, Edwards Life Sciences, Johnson & Johnson.


Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage projects in campus environments with strict safety and security protocols. Ideal candidates have a trade background (drywall or MEP) and experience in OSHPD or life sciences construction.


Responsibilities
  • Oversee field operations for lab and healthcare projects.
  • Ensure compliance with campus safety, security, and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain quality control for specialized environments.


Qualifications
  • OSHPD or life sciences experience required.
  • Trade background in drywall or MEP preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.


Compensation
  • Salary up to $150K + Benefits + Performance-based bonus.
