We're seeking a seasoned Multifamily Superintendent to lead the charge on a ground-up garden-style development in Raleigh, NC. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in the field, knows how to drive schedules, and builds with precision and pride.

Your new role

• Oversee daily site operations and ensure adherence to project schedule and budget
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff to maintain workflow and quality
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specs, and codes
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams to resolve field issues
• Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, RFIs, and change orders
• Lead site meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and manage logistics on-site

What you'll need to succeed

• 5–8 years of experience in ground-up multifamily construction (garden-style preferred)
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and team leadership
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety standards, and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated tenure and stability in previous roles
• Proficiency with construction management software and reporting tools
