Your new role
As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities across one or more education-focused projects. This includes overseeing safety, quality control, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination. You’ll work closely with the project leadership team to ensure successful delivery while maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners. Your role will also involve leading daily site operations, enforcing compliance, and driving project milestones.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Proven experience in K–12 or Higher Education projects.
  • Familiarity with ICRA protocols is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • The ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and schedule management.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. and a valid driver’s license.
