Your new company is a GC based out in Jersey. With decades of combined on-site construction experience and professional training in construction technology, architecture, engineering, interior design, sustainability, scheduling, safety, accounting, and construction administration, their team offers comprehensive construction solutions and services.

Your new role

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of the project and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies are met
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders and develop and maintain the project schedule and budge
• Review the construction documents and ensure constructability
• Create daily logs, photos, RFI's and log project activities
• Procore upload of information for daily logs, photos, etc
• Review submittals and RFI's for conformance to contract documents

What you'll need to succeed

• Must be able to work in the U.S
• Must have at least 3+ years doing interior fit out across one of the following projects: commercial/retail/corproate/residential (the more, the better)
• Proficient in procore.
• Must be able to bring a book of work to the client.
• All projects are based in jersey. Must be open to some travel
