Your new role

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of healthcare construction sites from start to finish
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to ensure timely project delivery
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and daily reports
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve issues and drive progress
  • Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications
  • Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and site readiness for inspections

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on healthcare construction projects
  • Strong tenure in the construction industry with a track record of successful project delivery
  • Deep understanding of healthcare-specific building codes, infection control, and compliance standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
  • Proficiency with construction management software and reporting tools
  • OSHA certification and other relevant safety credentials preferred
  • Willingness to travel or relocate depending on project location
