Your new role

• Lead daily operations on healthcare construction sites from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure project milestones are met
• Enforce safety standards, building codes, and healthcare-specific compliance
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle
• Conduct regular site inspections and proactively resolve issues
• Travel locally within Wilmington to manage multiple project sites

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in healthcare construction
• Proven success in delivering complex healthcare projects
• Strong knowledge of healthcare construction protocols and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
