Hays are working with a top-tier general contractor seeking a seasoned Healthcare Superintendent to lead complex medical construction projects across the Triangle region. Your new role

• Oversee daily site operations for healthcare construction projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure schedule, safety, and quality
• Enforce infection control protocols and ICRA standards on active medical sites
• Lead site meetings, inspections, and reporting with project managers and clients
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and healthcare-specific construction regulations

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent on healthcare projects with a GC
• Proven ability to manage fast-paced, high-stakes medical construction environments
• ICRA certification or experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel within the Triangle region as needed
