Your New Company
This opportunity is with a leading private owner and operator of communications infrastructure in the U.S., headquartered in Delray Beach, Florida. The company specializes in build-to-suit and colocation solutions for the wireless industry and has been recognized for its environmental commitment, achieving CarbonNeutral® certification annually since 2020. Founded in 2014, it has grown rapidly and maintains a strong presence in the telecommunications sector. The organization fosters a collaborative and entrepreneurial culture, emphasizing innovation and sustainability.

Your Responsibilities
As a Staff Accountant, you’ll handle core accounting functions including journal entries, financial reporting, and account reconciliations across multiple entities. You’ll be expected to meet monthly deadlines for closing financial statements and assist in preparing annual audited financials. The role involves analyzing financial data for accuracy, identifying variances, and collaborating with other departments to resolve discrepancies. You’ll also contribute to lease and owner payment analysis, document workflows, and support ad-hoc projects aimed at improving business processes.

What You Need to Succeed
A bachelor’s degree in accounting is required, with CPA candidacy preferred. You should have at least two years of accounting experience, ideally in industries like real estate, leasing, or telecommunications. Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools is essential, and experience with NetSuite or similar systems is a plus. Familiarity with lease accounting will be advantageous. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive, analytical mindset suited to an entrepreneurial environment.

What You Will Get in Return
You’ll work in a dynamic corporate office setting with minimal travel requirements. The role offers the chance to be part of a forward-thinking company that values sustainability and innovation. You’ll collaborate with a supportive accounting team and gain exposure to cross-functional projects that enhance business operations. This position provides a solid foundation for professional growth, especially for those pursuing CPA certification, and offers the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to a growing organization.
