Our client is seeking a Sr. Technical Analyst in Vienna, VA.

Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Senior Analyst to support the implementation of an Enterprise Architecture (EA) tool. This role will be instrumental in deploying the platform, integrating with authoritative data sources, implementing architecture blueprints, and enabling capabilities that align with our strategic architecture goals. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendor partners to ensure successful delivery across the full system development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience with ServiceNow, SAP, and prior platform implementations is highly desirable.

• Assist in the rollout and configuration of the EA tool platform across the enterprise.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture blueprints, governance models, and business architecture frameworks.
• Support integration with platforms such as ServiceNow and SAP for workflow and data synchronization.
• Collaborate with vendor partners to coordinate platform implementation, configuration, and support.
• Analyze current-state architecture and contribute to future-state design.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and EA tool configurations.
• Collaborate on capability mapping and business architecture modeling.
• Support integration of the EA tool with existing platforms and data sources.
• Lead data mapping efforts to ensure accurate alignment between systems.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and vendor partners to implement required capabilities.
• Plan and execute data migration activities from authoritative data sources, document libraries, and systems to the EA platform.
• Perform data validation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues during implementation.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate platform functionality and data integrity.
• Document defects and coordinate resolution with technical teams and vendor support.
• Facilitate UAT sessions with stakeholders to confirm tool usability and performance.
• Capture feedback and iterate on configurations to meet user needs.
• Create user guides, process documentation, and training materials.
• Support onboarding and enablement of business users and architects.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business, systems analysis, deployment, or enterprise architecture support.
• Demonstrated proficiency in implementing enterprise platforms and tools.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture platforms
• Strong understanding of architecture blueprints, business capabilities, and SDLC phases.
• Experience with testing methodologies and tools.
• Hands-on experience with data mapping, migration, and validation.
• Prior experience in implementing platform-enabled solutions.
• Experience working with vendor partners on platform implementation and support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with cloud-based EA platforms (from vendors such as MEGA, SAP, Avolution, Ardoq etc.) integration with enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
• Exposure to business architecture modelling and capability mapping.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education, training, or experience
• Enterprise Architecture Tool Experience: Hands-on work with EA platforms (e.g., MEGA, Ardoq, Avolution, SAP EA tools).
• Platform Implementation & Integration: Proven ability to deploy enterprise platforms and integrate them with systems like ServiceNow and SAP.
• Data Mapping & Migration: Strong skills in moving data between systems, validating accuracy, and troubleshooting issues.
• SDLC & Testing Expertise: Understanding of software development lifecycle and experience creating/executing test plans for platform rollouts.
• Architecture Framework Knowledge: Familiarity with frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman, plus capability mapping and blueprint alignment.
