Your new role
As a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale construction projects within the institutional, education, and healthcare sectors. You’ll oversee project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects that will have a lasting impact on communities across Florida.
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience managing commercial construction projects, ideally within institutional, higher education, or healthcare sectorsStrong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation
A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
Familiarity with Florida building codes and AHCA compliance is a plus.
