Contract Opportunity — Sr. Project Manager, Santa Clara, CA

Your Role:
  • Lead strategic projects (90–180 days) across LATAM, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
  • Act as primary customer contact and trusted advisor, managing expectations and building strong relationships.
  • Define and control project scope, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop and adapt project schedules, manage daily operations, and resolve escalations professionally.
  • Ensure quality of deliverables, apply project management methodology, and mitigate risks proactively.
  • Manage project documentation and reporting, including weekly status updates and financial oversight.
  • Champion process improvements and identify new service opportunities during project execution.
  • Coordinate deployment resources, structure teams with technical and business expertise.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus for Brazil.
  • 5–7+ years of experience in customer-facing Professional Services Project Management.
  • Proven track record managing technical enterprise solution deployments (SaaS, networking, cybersecurity preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage executive and technical stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to shifting priorities and high-volume environments.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Google G Suite; spreadsheet and documentation expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent experience.
