Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to oversee and drive our primary internal initiatives focused on supporting growth and enhancing service maturity within our Professional Services department. This role will work closely with the SVP of Professional Services, the direct leadership team, and other management to ensure the successful completion of initiatives, identify and address roadblocks, and report on progress.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage key internal initiatives aimed at supporting growth and improving service maturity.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
• Identify potential roadblocks and develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
• Monitor and report on the progress of initiatives, providing regular updates to the SVP and leadership team.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among various stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution.
• Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Professional Services department.
• Support the development and implementation of strategic plans and initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or Sr. project management roles.
• Experience working closely with senior leadership and managing cross-functional teams.
• Extensive experience with large/complex project budgets including accurate billing, forecasting, daily/weekly financial tracking, etc.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is a plus.

• Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks and roadblocks.

• Proven experience in program or project management, preferably within a professional services or technology environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
