Our client is seeking a Sr. Migration Lead in Warren, NJ.

Skills & Requirements

• 15+ Years of relevant experience in OpenText ECM products
• High skilled and knowledgeable with ECM and DAM concepts and implementation experience and up to date on the latest ECM trends (GenAI, ECMaaS etc.).
• Experience in executing successful implementations and migration of OpenText Content Server in an enterprise environment.
• Deep understanding of the OpenText Content Server platform's architecture, functionalities, and configuration options.
• Knowledge of OpenText Content Server APIs for integration and customization.
• Knowledge of data migration tools, techniques, and best practices is essential for moving content from existing systems to OpenText Content Server.
• Experience in migrating the content, meta-data, workflows and other objects from other ECM platforms like OnBase, SharePoint, Image Right etc. and understanding of underlying API (like OnBase OCAPI) and architecture.
• Familiarity with the database used by OpenText Content Server (typically SQL Server) is necessary for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding server operating systems, hardware, and networking is important for ensuring the stability and performance of the new Content Server.
• Knowledge of content management principles, including metadata management, version control, and records management, is important for ensuring the integrity and manageability of the migrated content.
• The ability to understand and map data elements from the source system to the corresponding attributes in OpenText Content Server.
• Experience with tools and techniques for migrating large volumes of data from OnBase to OpenText Content Server, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Knowledge of Cloud tech (AWS, Azure etc.), databases (Mongo, PostgreSQL, Oracle etc.) and storage (S3, Azure blob, EFSS, FS etc.)
• Experience with Multi-tenant architectures (Application, Container level etc.)
• Experience on other ECM tools like SharePoint, Alfresco, FileNet, Documentum (added advantage)
• Experience in executing or managing complex IT projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and change management.
• Provide architectural expertise, direction, and assistance to Business/ technical Analysts, Tech Leads and other Sr. team members in development team.
• Consulting experience with helping clients evaluate vendor products, Blueprinting exercise.
• Design, develop, and oversee implementation of end-to-end integrated systems.
• Confer with business users and department heads to define requirements for complex systems and solution development.
• Certification with OpenText Content Server would be desired.
• Experience in Agile Delivery
• Strong interpersonal skills & ability to manage customer and internal stakeholders.
Overall Experience & Education: As per Capgemini standards @ D2 level
