Our client is seeking a Sr. Manager, US Medical Oncology in Princeton Pike, NJ

Role Description

This position has the primary responsibility to support the US AML & MF Lead and contribute to Medical Affairs strategy execution including medical training, advisory boards, medical content development, individual KOL meetings, US congresses, and other medical led deliverables.

• Provides scientific input into the development of disease strategy.
• Support medical lead in the development of the medical strategy and tactical planning and execution.
• Support, track and follow up of BMS sponsored clinical trials and ISRs assigned within the US portfolio.
• Support scientific communication within the US & MF AML community (e.g. TL engagement plan).
• Support the planning and execution of Scientific Communication Activities and medical led initiatives (e.g. scientific symposia; FM outreach).
• Support planning of medical-led advisory boards, development of summaries, and follow up on actionable insights.
• Support collection of field medical insights and development of executive insights summaries.
• Support and provide input on development of medical content aligned with strategy.
• Provide Medical/scientific insight into publication strategy and review of individual manuscripts/abstracts.

Skills & Requirements

• Advanced scientific degree (PharmD and/or PhD).
• 2+ year experience in medical affairs and/or clinical development, field medical, clinical practice and/or translational research. (Hematology or oncology preferred)
• Ability to manage timelines and quality of work.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with exceptional time management.
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to remain calm and positive under pressure.
• Outstanding analytical skills and experience in translating medical/clinical information into medical affairs strategies.
• Demonstrated customer credibility (experience in thought leader facing role preferred).
• Highly organized and motivated with a proactive attitude.
• 2+ years of experience in medical affairs and/or clinical development, field medical, clinical practice and/or translational research. (Hematology or oncology preferred)
• Advanced scientific degree (PharmD and/or PhD) required.
• Experience managing multiple deliverables while maintaining quality of work
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to remain calm and positive under pressure.
