Senior Estimator

Are you a seasoned construction estimator with a passion for precision and strategy? Join a leading Tampa-based general contractor specializing in ground-up commercial and residential projects. We’re seeking a Senior Estimator to lead preconstruction efforts, develop competitive bids, and collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality builds from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for ground-up construction projects
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals
  • Lead bid strategy meetings and coordinate with project managers and clients
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options
What We’re Looking For:
  • 7+ years of estimating experience in ground-up construction
  • Strong knowledge of local market pricing and subcontractor networks
  • Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., ProEst, Bluebeam, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
