Your new role

Responsible for reviewing project plans and specifications, developing a pre-construction design schedule that can be profitably implemented, and working to assist owners and architects in the development of project plans and specifications.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of estimating experience in the construction industry
• A proven track record of performing take-offs for commercial and multifamily construction projects.
• Ability to develop conceptual and schematic budgets based on preliminary design documents.
• Experience interpreting architectural and engineering plans/specifications to identify opportunities for value engineering.
• Experience with technology such as MS Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Phoenix Project Management, Insite, OnScreen Takeoff, etc...
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
