Your new role

As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site operations for high-value commercial projects exceeding $100M. You’ll coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety standards, manage schedules, and ensure the highest level of quality throughout the build. You’ll play a key role in delivering landmark projects that shape the Richmond & Charlottesville market.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on large-scale commercial construction projects ($70M+ preffered)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Deep understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and scheduling
• Ability to manage complex logistics and multiple trades on-site
• Proficiency in construction management software
• OSHA 30 / CPR & First Aid
