Your new role
As a full-time Senior Superintendent, you’ll support in managing construction activities for high-profile projects valued at $80M and above. You’ll assist in coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, tracking progress, and ensuring that work is completed to the highest standards. This role is ideal for someone looking to be on the path to leadership while gaining hands-on experience with complex builds.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years experience in commercial construction, preferably with large-scale projects ($80M+)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn from senior leadership
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
