Your new role

They are seeking an experienced and dedicated Sr. Superintendent to join the Arlington, VA team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes and safety protocols.

What you'll need to succeed

• 10+ years in a Lead/Sr Superintendent position

• Experience leading projects $80M+ in value

• Bachelors in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or Business Admin highly preferred

• OSHA 30 & First Aid / CPR
