Your new role

• Implementing and operating OT security monitoring, incident response, and threat detection.
• Managing global service delivery aligned with NIST standards.
• Overseeing OT security processes, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Building and leading a global team of OT security analysts.
• Acting as an escalation point for critical OT cybersecurity incidents.
• Ensuring compliance with maritime cybersecurity regulations (IMO, CLIA, BIMCO).

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• 3+ years leading IT/Cybersecurity Operations environments.

• Preferred certifications: CISSP, GSLC, GSOC, GCTI, CISM.

• Expertise in OT Cyber Operations Management, OT Network Design, and OT System Architecture.

• OT operations experience (utilities or manufacturing ideal).

• Team management experience; SOC or NOC background desirable.

• Principal-level expertise acceptable.
