Our client is seeking a Specialist, Scheduling and Cell Logistics in Princeton, NJ
Role Description
• Assist as a point of contact for apheresis centers, treatment sites, sites of care, manufacturing sites, couriers, and other internal partners.
• Ensure business continuity between internal and external partners.
• Monitor the Patient’s treatment journey from collection to infusion while potentially troubleshooting issues.
• Monitor and triage requests and issues within the case management system.
• Comply with and maintain training and good documentation practices.
Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
• Biopharma experience is a plus
• Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar CRM/case management tools.
• 4+ years of work experience in one or more of the following fields: Customer Service, Call Center Operations, Account Management, Project Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Logistics
• Excellent verbal and nonverbal communications.
• Ability to identify process improvements.
• Highly self-motivated, self-aware, courteous, and professional.
• Able to work independently and in groups.
• Adaptable to the ever-changing business needs.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Skilled at managing high stress situations and able to de-escalate.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• A baseline understanding of a Cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
