Our client is seeking a Software Engineer in New Jersey.
Role Description
Key Responsibilities Work closely with application developers to ensure the database design aligns with the application’s data access and usage patterns.
Work with a team of Service Provider’s resources to deliver integration solutions.
Collaborate with other technical groups on technology issues and solutions.
Create and maintain document of solutions built.
Collaborate with infrastructure teams. Participate in recurring and ad-hoc meetings related to Build activities. Linux (Unix) server admin experience.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for data analysis and modeling is a must.
Skills & Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent professional experience. Familiarity with database tools.
Proven experience in data science role, preferably in pharmaceutical industry. Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a team player mentality.
Exhibit a positive work approach. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a must.
Professional certification preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to tackle complex business challenges.
Experience in handling and analyzing large-scale structured and unstructured data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. R programming language
