Hays Facilities Management are partnered with a leading FM Services provider in the NYC Metro area to hire a Shift (Facilities) Manager for a 2nd or 3rd shift.

Your new role

The job duties of the Shift Manager (2nd or 3rd) include the following:

- Oversight of MEP activities on behalf of the end client

- Equipment checks, walk-throughs, related to MEP and Preventive Maintenance activities

- Be a crucial point of contact for the client, and provide updates as needed

- Oversee a team of technical staff

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Strong understanding of MEP functions, being able to resolve issues and communicate well

- Work allocation/management experience (Union experience a strong plus, but not required

- Experience operating CMMS and BMS systems

- *2nd or 3rd Shift is available- Must be able to work 1 weekend day!**

What you'll get in return

Base range between $115-120K, benefits & bonus-eligible
