SharePoint Admin/Developer

The SharePoint Administrator/Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting SharePoint environments, ensuring seamless implementation of applications, workflows, and integration services. This role requires the ability to analyze diverse business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions within SharePoint, including the development and maintenance of sites, subsites, document libraries, lists, workflows, and PowerApps. Additionally, the position involves guiding business users in utilizing SharePoint to enhance their job functions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and administer SharePoint environments, including sites, databases, workflows, and content management services.
  • Develop enterprise business solutions using SharePoint technologies to improve efficiency and collaboration.
  • Create and maintain sites, pages, lists, views, and functions within internal SharePoint environments.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document functional business requirements, recommending improvements through SharePoint technologies.
  • Assist in developing applications and dashboards to enhance communication and collaboration across the organization.
  • Monitor system usage, reviewing reports to manage space allocation, archive outdated content, and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, including system administrators, network engineers, security professionals, analysts, and web developers, to maintain a robust SharePoint ecosystem.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve SharePoint solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, helping them maximize SharePoint functionalities.


Required Skills and Experience:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Online.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SharePoint features, including document management, forms customization, workflow automation, and collaboration tools.
  • Experience with SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), and related technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a SharePoint administrator or developer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience defining business requirements and implementing SharePoint-based solutions tailored to organizational needs.


This role requires a candidate who can lead SharePoint initiatives, ensuring that business processes are streamlined and optimized through intelligent design and system integration.
